From meetings as intimate as 30 people to parties of 1,000 or more—we can help you kick off your custom event ranch-style. Venue Facilities
Trophy Room
With rustic chandeliers, a reclaimed wood barn and stage, and an outdoor courtyard, Trophy Room provides the perfect intimate ambiance for your event. This cozy room boasts lots of natural light through the large glass roll-up door that is sure to brighten up any occasion. Let Trophy Room provide the ideal backdrop for your next event.
OLD TOWN Room
Step back in time to old Fort Worth as you are surrounded by the chapel, saloon, mercantile, and town jail. Old Town will provide your guests with the perfect Stockyards Experience. Ideal for corporate receptions, murder mystery dinners, and of course, Texas-themed events!
WESTFORK Room
& PATIO
The largest of our spaces, the Westfork Room gives you the most flexibility for your next large event. An inviting stone fireplace, stunning chandeliers, and strung café lights provide the rustic charm you are looking for. The large outdoor lawn and wood patio give you even more space to entertain and offer activities like a bull riding show in our pen, a live longhorn to take pictures with, a mechanical bull, and more!

We offer three unique rooms that can be reserved individually or in combination to accommodate from 50 to 2,500 guests.
All rooms are equipped with individual entrances, private restrooms, bars, and a character all their own.
